Queertopia is the Education Programme, that runs alongside the Festival. Working with ambassador students from local Milton Keynes Secondary Schools, a new tribe of informed and empowered young people will be established. Through creative activities, skills development and critical dialogue, the students will explore Queer under the guidance of our professional facilitators and practitioners.
This packed, multi-day event of interactive workshops, masterclasses and exploration, has been uniquely designed to enable young people to increase their agency, their cultural capitals and importantly, the real world skill of Empathy. Ideally designed to be delivered in schools, colleges and classes around the city.
